As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. All changes will be updated in this website, so please visit us periodically to ensure that you are informed about our latest statement on privacy. Using this website means that you accept these terms. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement.
All items in this website are available to be delivered within Vietnam only.
RULES FOR ONLINE CONDUCT
By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this web site.
1. All prices are shown in US Dollars (default currency). We apologizes if this causes any inconvenience to you. Customer can change to VND by click the list box on the right top corner of website screen. Currency for payment is USD (apply for online payment - converted automaticially according to exchange rate of payment gateway provider at the time of payment).
2. Free ship for all central districts of most of cities in Vietnam. Extra charges for rural area, if applicable, will be notified to you by email.
3. One order is subject to be delivered to 1 address and for 1 time only.
4. Because of security reason of online payment, Ciaoflora Việt Nam reserves the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order.
5. All orders must be paid for in full before the order can be processed. Failure to pay by the specified cut-off time may result in the order being cancelled. Click here to see our Payment Options.
6. For loyal customers, corporate customers, Ciaoflora Vietnam accept post payment with conditions. This acceptance will be decided by Ciaofflora Operator Department.
All Ciaoflora designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. Some items may not be suitable to be sent to distance areas. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
All orders must be paid fully before delivery time/date. Cash on delivery can be accepted by one of our operators.
OUR GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION
Ciaoflora Việt Nam guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Each Ciaoflora Việt Nam arrangement delivered by its members is created by a professional Ciaoflora Việt Nam florist.
Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery to the Ciaoflora Việt Nam florist who delivered the order.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 12 hours of ordering.
All floral products are subject to availability. Floral products pictured on the website may vary slightly in design or appearance to the delivered item. This is due to seasonal availability and design interpretation. However, careful and professional attention will be given to every order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the product displayed on the website.
Due to stock availability, our florists reserve the right to substitute flowers, vases, products and outer wrapping with an item of similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Where possible and if the substitution is significant, we will try to contact you to inform you of any substitutions, but we are not obligated to do so. If we are unable to contact you via the contact methods provided prior to the time that we make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.
The same applies to our other products, in some cases stock may not be available and suitable substitutions may be made.
Where possible the particular container or basket shown will be supplied. Should these not be available alternative containers of a similar value and style will be substituted.
COMPLAINS AND REFUND
Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, sometimes flowers may arrive at their destination slightly damaged. If the recipient receives damaged flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time so that we can arrange for one of the following:
A replacement order on the next available delivery date, or
A full refund
All complaints must be logged with our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery and must include a picture of the unsatisfactory product to qualify for a refund. Due to the nature of perishable items used, all complaints must be valid and within reason. Ciaoflora Việt Nam may question or challenge any complaints and will use professional discretion when dealing with complaints and issuing refunds. We reserve the right to withdraw the unsatisfactory items for review and before all refunds can be made.

In some cases, Caoflora reserves the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order.

Order changes or cancellations can be requested at least 24 hours in advanced and before 5:00 PM. Changes extra fees may be applied. A service fee of $9.99 USD is applied for cancellations.
Ciaoflora is unable to cancel or change orders already in process of arrange, en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS
Vouchers will be limitedly issued by Ciaoflora Vietnam for some partners which apply for customers who order flowers in websites of Ciaoflora Vietnam and in places where there are boards of card acceptance.
Discount level will be based on value printed on the card. In case of having more than one preferential level, customers may select the best preference.
Card cannot be accumulated or converted into cash.
If you have our vouchers issued by us or by a party who joined us, please present to the cashier where you purchase items. In case of online order, please enter card code or voucher code to the "discount code" box to enjoy preferences from Ciaoflora Vietnam. Discount code cannot be accumulated or converted into cash.
Ciaoflora Vietnam does not ensure or accept any liabilities relating to materials contained in outside pages.
TRADEMARK AND INFLECTURAL PROPERTIES
Flower photos shown on website are creative products belonging to Ciaoflora Việt Nam. All images, product models in the website have been registered at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam and are protected by authorities in Vietnam and we do not permit any duplication without written consent of Ciaoflora Vietnam.
Any unlicensed use or passing of these photos to other parties is not permitted without specific authorisation by Ciaoflora Việt Nam.
As a member of Interfora in Vietnam, Ciaoflora have the right permitted by Interflora worldwide in using Interflora brandname in Vietnam.
Interflora, Interflora logoes and slogans are registered by Interflora Pacific Unit . Interflora Pacific Unit was established in New Zealand in 1935 when it held its first meeting in Wellington. It is linked to Interflora Incorporated now based in Chicago, U.S.A., which was established in 1946 to link Interflora British Unit (formed 1923), Fleurop, Europe (1927) and F.T.D. U.S.A. (1910).
Ciaoflora Việt Nam website contains graphics, information, data, editorial and other content accessible by any Internet user and similar content, which is accessible only to our subscribing members. Whether in the free section or in the subscription section of the Service, all Content is owned and/or copyrighted by Ciaoflora Việt Nam.
