Welcome to Ciaoflora Vietnam. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
 
1. GENERAL SERVICE SCOPE
  • Delivery Area: All items on this website are available for delivery within Vietnam only.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
  • User Conduct: By using this service, you agree not to undermine the integrity of the website or use it for any illegal activities.
 
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
Currency:
  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) by default.
  • Customers may switch to Vietnam Dong (VND) using the currency selector (top right corner).
  • Important: If your card is in another currency, the exchange rate is determined automatically by the payment gateway at the time of the transaction.
Payment Requirement: All orders must be paid in full before processing. 
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and online payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted only in specific cases subject to approval by the Ciaoflora Operator Department.
 
3. ORDERING & DELIVERY RULES

Single Destination: Each order applies to one delivery address only. If you wish to send flowers to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Right to Refuse: Because of security reason of online payment, Ciaoflora reserves the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order.

Shipping Fees:
  • Free Shipping: Applied to central districts of most major cities in Vietnam.
  • Surcharges: Deliveries to rural or remote areas may incur extra charges (Automaticially added when input the address). We will notify you via email if this applies.
 
4. QUALITY & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
  • Seasonal Disclaimer: Flowers, gourmet foods, and accessories are seasonal products. The images on our website serve as a guide to the style and color theme.
  • Substitution Rights: Due to regional availability, our florists reserve the right to substitute flowers, vases, or wrapping materials with items of similar style and equivalent (or greater) value.
  • Notification: We strive to contact you regarding significant substitutions. However, if we cannot reach you before the dispatch deadline, we will proceed with the substitution to ensure timely delivery. By placing an order, you accept this policy.
 
5. DELIVERY GUARANTEE
  • Freshness: Ciaoflora guarantees the freshness and quality of every arrangement.
  • Delivery Time: We make every effort to meet preferred delivery times. However, specific timed deliveries are generally only guaranteed for funerals.
  • Special Locations: Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, airports, funeral parlors, and secure facilities are subject to the establishment’s receiving procedures. We are not responsible for failed deliveries if the recipient is discharged or unavailable due to these procedures.
 
6. COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If flowers arrive damaged or do not meet standards, please follow this procedure:
  • Timeframe: Complaints must be logged within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: You must provide photos of the unsatisfactory product to strictly qualify for a resolution.
  • Resolution: Valid complaints will be resolved via a replacement order (next available date) or a full refund.
  • Discretion: Ciaoflora reserves the right to withdraw/retrieve the unsatisfactory items for review before issuing a refund. Complaints deemed unreasonable or lacking evidence may be rejected.
 
7. CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS POLICY
(Please refer to the detailed Cancellation Policy section regarding fees and timeframes)
Standard Orders: Cancellations/Amendments require at least 48 hours' notice.
 
Address Changes:
  • Within 10km: Notify 06 hours in advance (Free).
  • 10km/Different Province: Notify 48 hours in advance ($9.90 fee).
  • Imported/High-Value Flowers: strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once procured/reserved.
Late Notice: Orders already en route or being arranged cannot be changed or cancelled.
 
8. COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS
Vouchers and discount codes are issued by Ciaoflora Vietnam or authorized partners.
Codes must be entered in the "Discount Code" box at checkout.
Discounts cannot be accumulated (stacked) or converted into cash.
In case of multiple applicable promotions, the customer may select the most beneficial one.
 
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARKS

Flower photos shown on website are creative products belonging to Ciaoflora Việt Nam. All images, product models in the website have been registered at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam and are protected by authorities in Vietnam and we do not permit any duplication without written consent of Ciaoflora Vietnam.

Any unlicensed use or passing of these photos to other parties is not permitted without specific authorisation by Ciaoflora Việt Nam.

As a member of Interfora in Vietnam, Ciaoflora have the right permitted by Interflora worldwide in using Interflora brandname in Vietnam. 

Interflora, Interflora logoes and slogans are registered by Interflora Pacific Unit . Interflora Pacific Unit was established in New Zealand in 1935 when it held its first meeting in Wellington. It is linked to Interflora Incorporated now based in Chicago, U.S.A., which was established in 1946 to link Interflora British Unit (formed 1923), Fleurop, Europe (1927) and F.T.D. U.S.A. (1910). 

Ciaoflora Việt Nam website contains graphics, information, data, editorial and other content accessible by any Internet user and similar content, which is accessible only to our subscribing members. Whether in the free section or in the subscription section of the Service, all Content is owned and/or copyrighted by Ciaoflora Việt Nam.

We do expect that other businesses in flora industry will not violate copyright issues. Thank you.
