CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS POLICY
1. GENERAL TERMS
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Failure to settle payment by the specified cut-off time may result in automatic cancellation. In certain circumstances, Ciaoflora reserves the right to reject any order without prior notice. In such events, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
2. AMENDMENTS (CHANGES TO ORDER)
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. While we strive to accommodate your requests, strictly note that all changes are subject to Ciaoflora’s final confirmation based on operational capabilities.
Delivery Address Changes:
- Same Area (within 10km radius): Must be requested at least 06 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. This service is complimentary.
- Different Area/Province (or >10km): Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. A surcharge of $9.90 USD will apply.
- Other Information Changes: Changes to card messages or recipient details should be requested at least 24 hours before delivery (before 5:00 PM GMT+7).
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Standard Orders: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (before 5:00 PM GMT+7). A service/administrative fee of $9.99 USD will be deducted from the refund amount.
- High-Value & Imported Flowers: For orders containing high-value items or specific imported flowers, cancellations and refunds are strictly NOT accepted once the flowers have been reserved or procured from our suppliers, regardless of the notice period.
- Late Cancellations: Ciaoflora cannot cancel orders that are already being arranged, en route, or delivered.
4. SAME-DAY ORDERS
Same-day orders are processed immediately upon receipt; therefore, changes or cancellations are usually not possible. If you have an urgent issue regarding a same-day delivery, please call or SMS our hotline immediately at +84 903 090 568.
