1. Delivery Timeframes

Orders scheduled for October 19th and 20th, 2026, will be delivered on the selected day; Exact delivery times, timeframes cannot be guaranteed. To ensure a successful hand-off, our team will always contact the recipient by phone prior to delivery. Holiday delivery operations will run from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM on October 19-20th.

2. Customer Support & Order Tracking

During this high-volume period, our entire team prioritizes crafting and routing your beautiful bouquets. Consequently, hotline response times may be delayed. For immediate status updates, please use the tracking feature on our website or email us at help@ciaoflora.com.

3. Flower Availability & Design Adjustments

As fresh flower supplies become scarce during the final days, late orders may require slight design substitutions without prior notice. Ciaoflora guarantees that any substituted blooms will maintain the arrangement's overall aesthetic and will be of equal or higher value. Premium quality remains our top priority.

4. Delivery Zones & Recipient Information

To maintain timely routes, we may decline deliveries to remote areas (exceeding 10km from the city center). Orders canceled for this reason will receive a full refund. Additionally, please provide the exact address and a valid phone number for the recipient. Because we must call ahead to coordinate, completely "secret" or "surprise" deliveries without prior contact cannot be accommodated during this holiday.

• Last-minute orders: We will do our absolute best to process orders placed after the cut-off time, but fulfillment is not 100% guaranteed.
• Ho Chi Minh City Traffic: The city is currently experiencing heavy traffic congestion due to lane closures for ongoing Metro construction. We sincerely appreciate your understanding if minor delivery delays occur.
